Accessibility statement
Last updated
The Modern Clinic Company Limited aims to make Cater’s website, product previews and trial request process usable by people with disabilities. We work to provide service that respects each person’s dignity, independence and choice of how to communicate.
How we build
Our design target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA. We check keyboard navigation, visible focus, labels, contrast, zoom and reduced motion in light and dark themes. Automated checks are part of our website release process.
Pages use headings and labelled controls, and can be read without starting an interactive preview. Browser previews include a static walkthrough. You can use your browser’s text and zoom settings and your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Current limitations
The launch site has not had an independent accessibility audit. Our design target and automated checks are not a claim that every page or interaction meets every requirement.
Forms and the contact-details check need JavaScript and Cloudflare Turnstile. Browser settings, assistive technology or blocked scripts can prevent that check from working. If you already have an email from Cater, you can reply to it without using the check. A separate route for new visitors who cannot complete it is still needed.
The public website is currently in English. Trial language preferences do not mean every service or document is already available in that language.
Ask for help or another format
You can request an accessible format, communication support or help with a form at no additional charge. Tell us what works for you. You do not need to share a diagnosis.
Use our contact form or the phone number below. You may also send accessibility requests to the privacy inbox shown after the human check. A support person can contact us with your permission.
For a website problem, include the page address, what you were trying to do and how you would like us to reply. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful if you want to share them.
We will review the issue, work with you on a practical way to get the information or service, and explain the next steps. If a known disruption affects an accessibility feature, we will post a notice with an alternative where one is available.
Complete Cloudflare’s human check to see our phone number and privacy email. How the check uses information.
Keeping this statement current
We review accessibility as the service changes and use feedback to decide what to improve. We will update this statement as checks, known limitations and contact options change.
