For employers
Offer a program such as six physiotherapy or counselling sessions, with eligibility drawn from payroll. Employees book with your provider and can pay for further sessions themselves.

The software licence is priced per program. Your provider arrangement covers care delivery.
For trusts and benefit plans
Apply the fund’s eligibility rules, including an hour bank, through a file from your administration system. Members and families see the fund’s name; clinical conversations stay with their care provider.
We prepare a costed proposal for your administrator or consultant to take to the trustees.
For insurers
Offer a chronic-condition or return-to-work program through a contracted provider, under your brand. Include it in a group plan or as an option.
We connect eligibility, reporting and member-app access to your existing services, and complete the third-party risk review with your team.
Make the program easy to use
Access from a phone. People enrol and book through an app, the web or a text link. English and French are included, with further languages available. The service can link from your existing member app.
Help using the service. Add 24/7 human phone and chat support in your program’s name for sign-in, bookings and navigation. Care questions go to the provider.
Your program’s name and software
The app, website and messages carry your organization’s or program’s name. You own the custom software; Cater hosts and maintains it.
Clinical records stay with the care provider in Canada. The agreement sets out what each organization receives, explained to participants in your branded privacy centre.

- Hosting. Each program has its own database and identity service in a Canadian data centre region.
- Access. Care teams see clinical information; funders see the reports agreed for the program. Organizational sign-in, role-based permissions and access logs control access.
- Documentation. We supply data-flow diagrams, security controls, a business impact analysis, the service-provider list and exit terms, and support privacy and security reviews.
- AI. The optional assistant identifies itself as AI and hands over to a person. Public-body conversations are processed in Canada; personal information is not used to train models.
- Supplier. McCauley Studios is a Canadian company carrying cyber and errors-and-omissions insurance.
